We are passionately driven and dedicated to delivering a high standard of training in a relaxed and informal way. We love the community of having a nourishing, wholesome meal together and like to ensure everyone who attends our courses can relax and feel content throughout training - our aim is for you to feel uplifted and confident when you leave our training. A typical training day will run from 10am to 4pm with time for short breaks to enjoy the meditation area and gardens.
Emotional Freedom Technique (Energy Tapping ) Foundation
This therapy was designed by an engineer, which brings to Complimenty Therapies a tangible element that is often missing from other therapies. Gary Creig looked at the body as a machine and developed a very practical, easy to follow, scientific method of using tapping on accupressure points to release physical blockages and psychological technique to create an emotional and cognitive shift. There are no prior qualifications needed to join the Foundation course.The course will run from 10am to 4pm costing £115 which includes your lunch and a certificate.
Reiki Courses
Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. Reiki is a universal healing system that is popular in the western world – it is considered to help balance the body which in turn helps it heal and remove tension and calms the mind – this can also be used in conjunction with other therapies. These one day courses show you how to heal yourself and your family in a simple but effective way.
Reiki 1
There are no prior qualifications needed to attend this course. The course is £120, this includes your lunch and a certificate running 10am to 4pm

Reiki 2
Reiki 2 is a follow up from Reiki 1 and this teaches you how to send healing at a distance which makes you 4 times more powerful and enables you to use Reiki on your clients. Prior qualifications required: Reiki 1. The course is £140, this includes your lunch and a certificate running 10am to 4pm

Reiki Advanced and Master Teacher are available following completion of Reiki 2 and are booked student by student
Indian Head Massage
Indian Head Massage is based on the ancient Ayurvedic healing system using the upper Chakras; this tradition is still carried out in modern India today. The head, more than any other part of our body represents who we are. It is the centre of our nervous system, and home to our identity and intelligence. The Chakra at the top of our head (Crown Chakra) is the one we use to communicate with our higher self. If our head feels good, we feel good.
